Come and join our Team for the 2024 season……..

We are looking for outgoing, energtic, hard working and fun people to work with us this season on the beach at our base in Marazion.

We have positions for qualified Paddleboard and Kayak instructors as well as Beach Support Crew to help set up and run our busy school and hire operation.

We have an enviable location on the beach directly opposite St Michaels Mount but that does require setting up our tented beach base each day and trailering in and laying out all our equipment.

The instructor positions will entail running beginner and improver SUP lessons and SUP tours as well as our SUP Club and our “Ocean Tribe” kids club. You will also be involved in running the busy SUP and Kayak hire operation.

Communicating with clients via email or SMS will required and then meeting and greeting customers on arrival before conducting lessons. Customer care and communication are of utmost priority and a helpful and freindly personality is essential.

We are a very weather dependent operation so flexibility on days and times worked is required.

We have positions for both full time and part time instructors from April through to the end of the summer season.

We also require Beach Support Crew on a part time and flexible basis. This role entails setting up and taking down of the beach base each day, maintaining equipment, meeting and greeting customers and getting them set up with wetsuits and safety equipment and logging them into our booking system on arrival. Its a really fun environment but you must be prepared for physical work. You don’t necessarily need any watersports qualifications as we can provide training but if you are a watersports enthusiast then that is a bonus. Its your personality and work ethic that gets you on the team!

We offer very competitive rates of pay based on qualifications and expereince.
